PeekaBox Ltd (‘we, us, our’) provides its services to you through our website www.peekabox.co.nz. We may vary our Terms and Conditions from time to time, for business considerations or to comply with any relevant laws. Any such variations and the latest version of our terms and conditions will be posted on our website. Viewing and using our website on one or more occasions means that you have read, understood and accepted all of our terms and conditions. If you are unclear or have any concerns about our terms and conditions, or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address below. If you do not agree to any of our Terms and Conditions or with the terms of our Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease your use of our website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you represent that you are at least the age of 18 or that you have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

THE SERVICE

The service is designed to allow users to receive boxes (a ‘Box’) or packages of goods, samples, offers, coupons, articles and other information, review products, receive newsletters with information and offers.

The content of each Box will vary and we make no guarantee that you will receive a particular product in a Box or that certain products will be available in your Box. Our suppliers’ products sometimes come in limited quantities and may not be available in the future.

It is your responsibility to review the ingredients of each product to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects. The products and any information within a Box are not manufactured by PeekaBox, but are sourced from PeekaBox suppliers. Any information contained in a Box has been supplied by PeekaBox suppliers and has been provided as an information resource only. It is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have any questions or complaints about a product or information provided, please contact us at peek@peekabox.co.nz. As the PeekaBox is a free box, there will be no returns or refunds.

REGISTRATION /ORDERING REQUIREMENTS

You may be required to register with PeekaBox in order to receive a Box and access and use certain features of the Service. You agree that ordering a Box is subject to the following restrictions:

A free PeekaBox is only available if you are pregnant, or your spouse or partner is pregnant.
Only one Box may be ordered per pregnancy.
Only one Box may be ordered per address.
If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. Registration data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to order the PeekaBox as a present, likely adding a paid product, we have an order form designed for that. You will need to include all the requested information about the expecting person.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by the email, billing address or phone number you provided us.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

DELIVERY

Delivery is only available to addresses within New Zealand. Boxes, including gifts purchased from our website, will be delivered as soon as practicable, although this might take some time if stock is not immediately available. If PeekaBox runs out of stock, website purchases will not be available. Buyers will be informed by email whenever the service becomes available again.

It is the buyer’s obligation to ensure that the correct delivery address is given. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery that is beyond our reasonable control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PeekaBox Ltd.

The content of our website has copyright and is the property of either PeekaBox Ltd or our suppliers. The information contained within this site is provided for the sole purpose of allowing you to receive a PeekaBox and purchasing goods and services from us. Reproduction of any images and/or text contained within this site is prohibited. You may not use our website or any part of it for anything other than the following purposes:
to order a free PeekaBox (only shipping fees apply); or to order a free PeekaBox with one or more paid add-on products (an extra shipping fee may apply)

Any other use is strictly prohibited by us.

OUR WEBSITE

Our website makes general information available to you as well as specific material relating to individual products or services. Any information about specific products or services is provided as it is received from our suppliers and without modification by us. We are not responsible for the accuracy of product or service information and make no warranty that any of the goods or services advertised will be fit for any particular purpose. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

PeekaBox Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web site or service. The contents of our Boxes are provided by our suppliers and partners. We do not make any representation in regards to products you may receive. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties in respect of the products and services provided.

From time to time there may be advertising displayed on our site. We will take all reasonable care to ensure the advertising is relevant or useful to our users however we will not be responsible for the content of any of the advertisements and give no warranty about the truth or accuracy of any representations made in those advertisements. It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of any representations or special offers made with the supplier concerned when you respond to or rely on their advertisement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND IMAGES

We endeavor to provide imagery and descriptions that give the closest possible representation of the products. We cannot guarantee the color accuracy displayed on individual computer monitors. We cannot and do not guarantee or give any warranty that goods will be identical in finish or color to those shown on our website. Minor differences in color and finish of goods should be expected, particularly if they are handmade.

TERMINATION

You agree that PeekaBox, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your use of the Service and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if PeekaBox believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of our Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. PeekaBox may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that PeekaBox will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
